What is BWRT® ?
BWRT® stands for Brain Working Recursive Technique™, a model for help with personal issues created by UK professional therapist Terence Watts, MCGI. It’s a totally confidential method that does not require your client to reveal your private information or personal secrets to their therapist and it is carried out in a completely conscious state. It does not use hypnosis or any concepts that might be considered mystical or unscientific – it’s completely logical, practical and down-to-earth, and for it to succeed only needs your client to know what they want to change in their life. Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code.

Pre-requisites to registration - Can I train in BWRT?
BWRT is an extremely effective tool assisting with many known issues, efficiently and effectively. Used by a Professionally trained practitioner the results can be truly outstanding.
There is an expectation, which you will need to evidence, that you have already had some formal training in psycho-therapeutic interventions and, ideally, have worked with clients for in excess of 6 months following such training. Whether that is in Clinical Hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, councelling, NLP, to name a few, such prior knowledge ensures the integrity of the process of BWRT and assures the public that they are being attended by a qualified and skilled therapist. If you are in any doubt, please do ask and we will advise you based on your own learning to date.
If you are seeking to progress to Level 2 BWRT, this is available no sooner than 3 months after completing your Level One training.
Is there an exam?
Upon completion of your weekend training, you will be allocated an interim supervisor and assessor. You will also receive a written assessment to complete and return for marking. You will also be assessed for your delivery of BWRT by your allocated team. It is not until you receive confirmation that you have passed this written and oral assessment that you can offically market yourself as a Level one (or 2) Practitioner and use the appropriate Seal on your website.
Approaches to Learning
For some people, there's no doubt about it - learning anything new just has to be in the classroom in a traditional learning environment and in the company of other students! If that's you, don't worry, we've got it covered at our Training Centre here in Milton Keynes.
There are definitely advantages of learning in a the classroom:
You can learn the technique in a shorter time-period (2 days instead of 10 weeks online)*
You see the technique demonstrated live by a professional BWRT® Practitioner
You have the opportunity for supervised practice with other students
You have direct interaction with the trainer and other students
Increased confidence gained from practical experience
A 'Take home' physical manual of techniques
No matter which classroom-based course you attend, your tutor will have trained originally with Terence Watts. And all trainers are approved by the Institute - their knowledge is sound and deep so that they can answer any question you throw at them! Not only that, once you've completed your training you will be able to attend any of Terence's advanced classes (except Level 2, which should always be studied with us or your original trainer).
When you learn in the classroom environment, you can complete the training at the end of the second day and commence work with your clients the very next morning if you want to! Although there is always much to be gained from further study, you will be perfectly equipped to deal with the majority of issues that clients might bring to you.
